The Pets Play Palace

I cannot recommend The Pets Play Palace enough! My Marco is an extremely nervous dog — he moves constantly and drools a lot when he’s anxious, which makes grooming very challenging. Not everyone has the patience and skill to handle a dog like him, but they do an amazing job every single time. Their technique, calm energy, and professionalism truly stand out. Despite how difficult Marco can be, he always comes out looking absolutely great and smelling so fresh. It’s such a relief to know my babies are in capable and caring hands. Highly recommend to anyone, especially if you have a nervous or high-anxiety dog!

My dog LOVES Pets Play Palace! He wants to get out of the car and join the fun at Doggy Day Care as soon as we pull in the driveway. It brings us such confidence to know our doggy is in good hands while are at appointments at Texas Medical Center. Sometimes he has even stayed overnight. We are so grateful for them!

I truly cannot say enough good things about this place. It really is a family owned business. Everyone was so very kind and welcoming. You can tell Anthony was very sweet and caring with my 14-year-old baby boy Lucky. I came here for the first time today and will now definitely be a regular. They are the best!

My dog has been happy with the playcare services. Been a regular for nearly 2 years now. Always come home tired from a full day of play. I'm very happy with them.

One of the best and most affordable place for bath, daycare, and boarding in Houston (I checked quite a few places before ending up settling with this one)!!! This is a family business so every staff is very friendly, patient, and willing to accommodate my schedule and questions! One time, my flight was delayed, the staff was even willing to wait an extra 1-2 hours after closing time without extra charges so I could come back and pick up my puppy Hotpot! They also sent me regular videos and photos about Hotpot when I am out of town so that I won’t be concerned!!! I did the weekly bath, teeth, and nail trimming for my dog here toooo! Highly recommend this place!
