The Pet Wagon Rougemont

Our boy Jax has been going to “The Pet Wagon” daycare for the past 4 month. Jax looks forward every day going to daycare playing with his buddies . We are so pleased with this facility. It is well managed!!! Very clean. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Thank you to all for all you do! We highly recommend “The Pet Wagon.” Thank you, Jax’s family

Called multiple times and weeks in advance to kennel my dog. I left multiple messages for return call. Never returned my call. When someone finally answered, kennel was full and blamed me for "not emailing". Have been told had to book an extra day due to them being busy for drop off's / pick up on day I needed to drop off/pick up. Now using other kennel.

I can't say enough kind words about Pet Wagon Rougemont. Everyone there is wonderful. They cared for my dog Roscoe, with daycare and boarding, and were incredibly compassionate and loving to him in his final days before he passed far too soon from lymphoma. Darian, Maria, Nohemi and the entire crew are so special! We look forward to them caring for our future pup (or maybe even cat :0).

Our dog Max loved the Pet Wagon. The staff are very friendly and I will most definitely be bringing him here again. I had peace of mind knowing that he was in good hands.

My dog has always been terrified of boarding, but absolutely loves the Pet Wagon. The staff takes great care of her, and getting daily pictures of her is a huge plus.
