The Pet Wagon Melbourne

We have been sending our dogs to Pet Wagon for the last 6 months. I was blown away the first time I walked in at how nice of a boarding facility it was. The dogs having their own place to go to the bathroom outside really shows the thought put into making them comfortable and reducing their stress. Cat has been amazing to work with. She clearly knows a lot about dog behavior and ensures that every dog has a great time. Thank you Pet Wagon!

I wish I could give this 100 stars. The Pet Wagon is absolutely amazing! The staff is always so friendly, caring, and professional, and they treat our dogs like family. Our pups get so excited every time we bring them in, which says it all! Even after moving to Winter Garden, we will still make the drive because it’s completely worth it. Knowing our dogs are in such good hands gives us total peace of mind. We can’t recommend The Pet Wagon enough!

We have partnered with Pet Wagon since we started as a rescue. They have been there for us through thick and thin, and always taken care of our dogs like they were their own. If your pet doesn’t have any health issues, Pet Wagon is the one of the per boarding places but if your pet has health issues, is not. We left our cat from Nov 26th until Dec 1st. We explained them that he has recently diagnosed with kidney issues and his diet was changed. We provided them the new kidney disease food and also the vet info just in case. By text, we asked them if he was eating and their responses were “yes”. When we picked him up, the cat was extremely thin and doesnt want to eat anything at all with us back at home. At the beginning we thought the environment change, but he never eat with us at all. We forced him to eat and follow our vet directions. We texted the lady that took care of him what trick did she used and she never explained in details what she did. Obviously,
