Took my husky/shepherd in for his first professional groom and was very skeptical on if he would be too anxious or difficult. Staff was super friendly and reassuring! The groomers here had him done within a few hours and no issues! He left happy and very clean :). I also got the de-shedding treatment which was extra but so worth it in my opinion; we are 2 days post groom and it’s incredible how much less he is shedding!

I want to share my experience so other pet owners can be aware. After my dog’s grooming appointment, he developed a significant skin irritation in the shaved area that became swollen and worsened over the following days. Prior to the appointment, his skin was completely fine. I contacted the grooming salon and followed their initial care suggestions, but the condition did not improve. I ultimately had to take my dog to the veterinarian, where he required antibiotic treatment due to the infection. When I reached out again, I was referred to the terms and conditions stating that veterinary expenses are not covered, even if a skin issue occurs after the service. I understand businesses have policies, but it was disappointing given that the issue began immediately after the grooming. I recomme

Pet Pawlor is the best! Not only are they fantastic with my fur baby, they're friendly and knowledgeable about all things grooming and willing to answer any of my questions! Today they also gave me a sample leave in nourishing conditioner to try on my new foster dog who's skin and coat is an absolute disaster. They always go above and beyond!

Great place! I’m traveling and they were able to squeeze me in the same morning. My little Sophie came out happy, the groomers were awesome, did a great job and at a great price! This will be my go to when I’m in the area! (She’s still cute but looked even better right after they were done, this is after hiking out in the mountains)

My family have been taking their dogs to this establishment for the last 15 years. Cookie and Repo were treated so well until they passed. Recently I had the opportunity to take a dog I am watching into their shop, Rigs. He looks absolutely fantastic and they took such good care of him. His coat is gleaming and smells absolutely amazing, I would never go anywhere else
