The Pet Lodge Maryland

Overall, super positive experiences with Pet Lodge. Our dog LOVES going for daycare/overnights. There is friendly staff and he is always well recieved. The extra care/information while pets are boarded is always a fun thing to look forward to. (Holiday crafts and treats, daily pictures, and a lot of playtime does him well!) Only downside is the two times we've had him groomed there, we have had more issues than benefit. Not fully dematted (he has long hair and loves to play outside), developing hotspots that cause him pain. These could be freak accidents because of sensitive skin and long hair, so this is more of a heads up if anyone else has pets with sensitive skin :)

The Pet Lodge is a 5 star organization. We have boarded our two Portuguese Water Dogs with them twice over the last 4 months. During these appointments, Pet Lodge was timely with all communication. They contacted us to inform us that Christmas pictures were being taken and asked if we would like to have the girls participate. Love the compassion and professional service provided without any pressure selling. Recommend The Pet Lodge to anyone looking for a place to bring their pets that cares about your pets and you.

We love using the Pet Lodge when we are out of town! We realized that one of our dogs was eating the others food, and because of this we had to get them separate spaces while they are boarding. But I was concerned about their time apart, as one of our dogs has serious separation anxiety when alone. The staff came up with a plan to have them together over night so they could sleep together, but separate during the day so one didn't steal the others food. They messaged me while on my trip to let me know what they were doing and put my mind at ease. Worth every penny knowing my boys are well taken care of!!

The pet lodge is always so sweet and kind! We started bringing our dog about a month and a half ago. My husband likes to call me a helicopter mom because i’m super picky with who I trust my dog with. I’ve heard numerous horror stories about dog daycares, and fights, etc. I have a mutual friend who brings her dog here and convinced me to try it out! I agreed and went and spoke with the staff, was shown the facility, etc. I have had 0 problems, the staff members who watch over the yard are vigilant, and paying attention at all times! Sometimes when driving in I’ll see them giving dogs corrections, playing with the dogs, giving them pets and love. I also really like that they post pictures everyday of the day prior, so you can see your dog throughout their day. My dog never wants to leave wh

I received a free spa grooming by filling out a form on FB. My dog Oakley got a full service grooming because we're a new client. They are also offering a free day of daycare so they'll keep your dog till 6pm if you choose. I was pleased with the services just wish it didn't take most of the day. Oakley's a new rescue dog to me and a very timid/scared boy so I think it was lil stressful on him. I do recommend their services; all staff I talked too were very nice. They seem focused on giving your dog a great experience no matter the service your receiving.
