Compassionate, professional care from start to finish. The care team, especially Damian, were kind and attentive, and Dr Fenwick took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff at Brenton Veterinary Hospital are absolutely wonderful. They genuinely seem to love their jobs and great our crazy girls with smiles and lots of love. Always a pleasant visit from the moment we check in at the front desk to when we leave. Highly recommend.

In the process of removing a broken baby tooth she destroyed the adult tooth. At the tooth removal follow-up she said all was fine in spite of a continued swelling and what appeared to be a broken piece of tooth sticking out of the gums. I took my pup for a second opinion and it turned out she had a bad infection which required emergency surgery. She also has horrible bedside manner and was very rough with my 10 week old puppy. I waited months to write this because I wanted to be level headed and make sure I wasn't too caught up in the emotions of the moment. I've never had such bad experiences with a vet and I've had dogs my entire life. Don't trust her with your loved ones. The staff is friendly and helpful it's a shame the vet is so awful. The staff is amazing and truly love animals. The vet is so kind and really give you space to ask questions and understand what’s going on. I definitely appreciate the puppy plan they offer! It makes it so much easier to navigate the first year with all the shots and appointments that are needed.

My fur baby was diagnosed with pancreatitis here and Dr.Fenwick was great and so was Courtney who also helped my girl and the receptionist was amazing as we'll Damien and just the whole staff was amazing! And just wanted to shout out Dr.Fenwick, Courtney,Mandy, Damien were all amazing even offered me water or coffee. I can say though it was pricey but they took amazing care of my girl.
