The Pet Doctor

The Pet Doctor is the best!!! They have been so good with each one of my dogs and have treated them with a lot of love and care. I have been taking my two Rottweilers to them for years now and have never had anything happen with the visits that was concerning. I recently got a third Rottweiler in December and they are treating him with just as much love and care as the other two. It has taken me a long time to find a vet who was comfortable and confident around Rottweilers. Some would immediately put a muzzle on them at the beginning of the appointment, which was not helpful. All three of my dogs absolutely LOVE going to the vet and there's no anxiety, aggression or fear from them. Going to the vet is a treat! I've been receiving services for my dogs at The Pet Dr. for years. Have always rec. The most up to date information. Thoroughly discussed with me.All my options for treatment. My animals are more important to me than any thing. I truly believe they receive the most loving care from each and every person in that office from doctors to the front office. When I hand them over to them, I feel totally confident that they will recieve the best of loving care available.

I will not be returning to this vet office after having an unprofessional encounter with the receptionist (older, shorter gray hair, glasses). No customer service skills, doesn't welcome or greet you, just short commands with zero empathy for why you & your pet are there. This last visit, she swatted at my dogs leash almost knocking it out of my hand while I was attempting to hold it vertically to get him to sit on the scale, saying, "Don't hold the leash up like that!" I was shocked by her actions and tone and it caused my dog to flinch and urinate on the scale. I don't know why this office would keep an employee that would ruin the reputation of this facility and their website mission of "excellent client service is just as important as excellent patient care." Had a great experience. My pup was unwell and his vet wasn’t available. The pet doctor got me in the same day for an urgent appointment. The vet was very helpful on helping narrow down the possible issues and treatment options. I saw improvements in my pups condition the same evening. Pricing was also very fair and clear. They sent me an email with a quote before my appointment

My partner was looking for a vet closer to our new home, and I excitedly recommended you guys. He was extremely overcharged for the visit and his old vet quoted him at least $100 less just for the medicine we had to get. My family has been coming to the Pet Doctor with my cats since I was maybe 10 years old, and I greatly trusted and respected you. You took great care of my Bubby and my Arya when they were at the end of their lives. This was very disappointing.
