I highly recommend Awesome Axolotls if you are looking to take home a new axolotls! Michell is knowledgeable, so kind, and cares a great deal about her Axolotls. She has a reputation for setting customers up for success and has helped our family out immensely when we needed support with our Axolotls. Do not buy from a pet store or random website. Check out Awesome Axolotls, especially if you are in the Treasure Valley. Nothing compares to a local small business that is truly passionate about what they do.
We came to Boise for the reptile expo specifically to get an axolotl, awesome axolotls was amazing! Nice selection of axolotls, TONS of information and super nice. I only have 1 regret, and that's not buying a second axolotl. It's been almost 3 weeks and our little one is thriving! Will defiantly purchase from when we're ready for the next one. Update December 11th: Mr. Kirby is doing amazing! Great addition to the family! So full of character and loves to come say hi and follow you around the glass and even to the top of the tank!

I highly recommend Awesome Axolotls! They are awesome! Great communication and shipped my axolotl quickly. The axolotl was safe and sound in the most adorable zipper bag! The starter kit is perfect! They even sent an extra bottle of water and an extra container of food! I will definitely buy my next axolotl from Awesome Axolotls! Thank you for everything! We love our new little baby! Update: We adopted a second axolotl since our first experience with Awesome Axolotls was so amazing. They messaged me to let me know when our newest addition was being shipped and he arrived safe and sound! When our first axolotl got sick, they told me exactly what to do to get him healthy again. Thank you again and we will forever be loyal customers! If I could give 10 stars I would!
