What a wonderful store! I popped in on a whim after taking my dog to Cornell for a dental consult. Well stocked and very friendly staff. If Haku and I are in the area again, we will stop by!

The absolute best for all things, dog! I’ve been going to Cyndi for almost four years now, and I truly won’t go anywhere else for Freya’s essentials. The entire team is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. They carry an amazing variety of premium-quality food, treats, supplements, toys, and more — and if they don’t have what you need, they’ll happily order it for you. They're also the only local shop that carries Freya’s favorite dry food, Nature’s Logic, and her go-to raw food, State of Nature. Every time I pop in, I feel like family. It honestly doesn’t get better than that!

We are in belief that customer service and customer care will keep a business going for the long haul. This place has been that and we are happy to give them our business and compliments. Even with a location with not much parking, it’s flow is great. We get our dog products here, and they are reasonably priced and in stock. Well done

This place is wonderful. We stopped here yesterday looking for food for our new puppy because we were having a hard time finding his brand in the bigger chains. They not only had the food but tons of other great things for him that we’d been looking for for awhile. And the customer service was fantastic. They were so knowledgeable and pointed us in the right direction on so many things, and they even played with our puppy while we shopped. What a terrific little store, we will be doing all our pet shopping here going forward!
