Aggressive and rude night staff- no other customers - he saw me come in and went to back to hide- I called for him for five minutes and he came out laughing as if we were playing hide and go seek. I remained polite and said please but was seriously annoyed at the games and rudeness, he kept saying I was the rude one even though I just said please scan the items and put them in the bag because I have been waiting for you now and you knew I was here ….. there’s no one else here. Aggressive and rude male staff targeting women at night. This is tonight with male worker only person on he had a large Afro for id purposes. He also started weirdly threatening me that I couldn’t come back to the store- I barely said anything to him and he was so full of anger ….he’s trying to pick fights with peop

A little annoyed. I love this store usually…. Went just now 7:45pm Saturday because I’m out of dog food…. No one was working or in the register or in the store. I was just trying to get dog food but I’m not waiting 10 plus minutes on a Saturday night to make a quick dog purchase. I literally had a dog toy and a bag of dog food at the register waiting and no one showed up for over 10 minutes. You guys need to hire more people or have your employees pay more attention to the front door! Someone else could’ve easily came in and walked out with a bunch of inventory because no one was watching the front door for over ten minutes. I ended up leaving and didn’t have the opportunity to purchase the items I went in for. Ur loss because no one was at the front door.

Fabulous set up for self-service dog wash. In the past I’ve used the garden hose, never again. Mari was great in explaining how it works and setting us up. Everything you need is there and reasonably priced.

Dog shower area is great, spacious, 2 cubicles. They provide different shampoos, conditioners, brushes, combs, nail clippers, aprons and towels. There is a cool blow dryer. Very good value to give your dog a good wash/shower. Staff are lovely and very helpful.

Been here several times to use the self-serve dog bath and the tubs are always dirty. Was there a week ago, no one in the store, two employees chatting in the front and the dog baths were full of hair. Happens every time. It's a shame because it is a nice store, however, I'm going to skip it in the future.
