Found this place on Google at the last minute when my dog sitter had to cancel 2 days before our week cruise to Mexico. They were able to get us in, do paperwork, give us a tour, and 1 free trial daycare day for both my dogs right before their 5 night stay. The staff is soo accommodating and nice and take the time to explain everything. They have cameras, though during our trip we didn’t get to catch them on it. We were so worried about leaving them as our 10 yr old has never been away from us and we just got our puppy 2 months ago . But they both did amazing and loved the place. When we picked them up they looked happy and excited. What really made me know this is a good place was the fact that my pup ran back to every one of the 3 staff that were there for more petting and love. Will def

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY. I’m deeply saddened by how my experience with Parc Pet Suites ultimately turned out. My dog was injured while in their care and now requires surgery and a long, difficult recovery. While I don’t agree that I should be left fully responsible for the cost of such an expensive procedure, I can still acknowledge the parts of this experience that were positive. EDIT to their response: comparing my dogs injury to a child falling at a playground is cruel. My dog has a CCL tear and a grade 3 patella luxation. Her knee didn’t just “pop” out of its socket. She sustained trauma that tore her CCL and also caused a grade 3 patella luxation. A patella luxation is mostly a pain free injury. However she has a CCL tear which is incredibly PAINFUL. I didn’t “misconstrue”

I've been bringing my dogs here for a couple years now. They are always excited to arrive and seem to really enjoy their time there. I've never had any issues with injuries or illness. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. They offer many extras and are reasonably priced.

I love the attention my dogs receive at Parc Pet Suites. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The owner helped me to plan an evaluation day for my pups. I have no concerns when they go to board and can watch play days on the Webcam. To to it if, they have holiday parties for pets!

I needed to board my 2 cats while going out of town and was nervous to be away from them. The staff here went above and beyond to provide compassionate and quality care, with specific updates whenever I called to check on them. I would recommend them to anyone, thank you again! 🐈🐈‍⬛💜
