I want to say thank you to Sarah the most compassionate person I have met. Even calling for the appointment was a hard decision to make and the lady that we talked to Ann winter was so kind. When Sarah arrived she was so sweet and understanding. She was very patient and let us share memories with her. I could not have done this any other way. She made this process easier with her kind words and how careful she was with our Toulouse. The whole process was beautiful as well as amazing on how they handled everything with care. Thank you laps of love.

The hardest day of my life was made as painless as could be, thanks to Dr Sarah. How someone can be so compassionate and do that for a living is truly a gift. Thank you for being there for us as my little world left us. I’m glad there are people like you out there.

This was a service I have been dreading for many years. If there is a positive ending to the life of my best friend, my main sidekick and protector, it was because of Dr Sarah and a gentlemen who spoke to me over the phone named Ron. Ron was the most gentle kind and passionate person a human could ever speak to over the phone and I want to thank you, as I know I was crying and could barely speak.Thank you for your patience with me. Then there is Dr Sarah. She was so calm, sincere and explained every minute of what would take place. You made this such a peaceful experience for us, and that is a take away that will always leave a good feeling in my heart. We cannot thank you enough. You are good people.

After 20 yrs with my kitty Chaussette, it was the hardest decision ever to make the call to let her go. It was so hard to think of a stranger coming to our home and leaving with my precious friend and fur baby. From the moment Dr. Sarah B walked in all the anxiety melted and I felt like a long time family friend was there to help us through those final difficult moments. She guided us through every step of the process, gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye and was so incredibly comforting through it all. It must be one of the hardest jobs do to and yet Dr. Sarah B showed grace, compassion and a heart that clearly understood strongly the immense grief of parting with someone so loved. I will be forever grateful to her for being there to ease the transition to a peaceful and pain-fre

Yesterday our darling Kahlua got her wings with the help of this company. I read the negative reviews and even though there were just a few, I was concerned, but everyone was amazing, from the time they picked up the phone (8 minutes before closing) to the end. Dr. Maite Santos-Torres was amazing was very kind, informative and patient. Our little girl passed away in my arms, in the comfort of her own home, surrounded by those she loved and loved her. I am still devastated but I am glad we did this vs going to the vet office, it was worth every penny. Thank you Dr. Santos-Torres and the lovely young lady who answerd our call.
