I am extremely disappointed with the experience my dog and I had at this salon. This was my second time coming to this salon and the first time I wasn’t impressed with the service of the people just because they didn’t take the time to make me feel comfortable and I felt very rushed while in there but I decided to give them another shot because I figured they were stressed and busy. For my second experience I came in and I told the girl what I wanted and she was kind and understanding of what I wanted so it started off better than the first time. On the other hand I dropped my dog off at 12:55 p.m., and was not contacted for pickup until 5:59 p.m. — one minute before closing. First time coming to this groomer. I was looking for somewhere new to take my two goldens, and after spending a couple hours searching I found this gem. The online booking request process was simple and I received a confirmation email rather quickly. I also received text messages regarding my appointments, groom reports after they finished, and even receipts! When arriving to the appointment, everyone working was extremely pleasant - it was obvious they enjoy what they do and provide love and care to each dog as if the dogs are theirs. They asked what I wanted for cuts and delivered exactly what I asked for. They let me know how the groom went for each of my boys at pick-up and if there were any issues or concerns. Be very careful with this salon. I tried for several months but Martha can't keep groomers and has a lot of very serious issues. I am so sorry I took my Poodles there because they were probably endangered. The open concept is a recipe for disaster. I'm surprised someone's dog hasn't been mauled. Last time I picked mine up there were like 20 dogs and a huge German Shepard around a lot of small dogs. She was seriously overbooked. I now groom my own. It's not worth the risk. Beware.

This was my little dog's first professional grooming session. Savannah was patient and caring and Sassy was beautiful. She's booked for her next grooming session.
