Absolutely love this Veterinary Office! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great Vets that care about you and your pet. Love Dr. Gordon! She is the best! She is so caring and an expert at taking care of our pets. Through ups and downs, she has been there for us, always giving us the best and honest options for our babies. She takes a real interest, and it shows! We have been taking our pets there for over 4 years, and we are always extremely satisfied with all services. I really miss Ashley though. Dr. Anderson is hands down one of the most compassionate, thorough, and intelligent veterinarians I have ever had take care of my pets. She does not just treat patients she truly advocates for them. She takes the time to explain everything in a way clients actually understand, never rushes decisions, and always prioritizes what is best for the animal. You can tell she genuinely cares, not just about the medicine, but about the families behind the pets too. Her attention to detail is unmatched. She catches things others might overlook, and she approaches every case with both skill and heart. As someone who works in veterinary medicine, I can confidently say she sets the standard for what a veterinarian should be. If your pet is under Dr. Anderson’s care, they are in the absolute best hands.

My dear cash passed away shortly after being neutered at this clinic. We trusted Dr. Goldman with our pet’s care and left feeling reassured, only for our pet’s condition to decline when we got home. Thursday he was neutered and as the discharge instructions stated we kept him caged with the exception of supervised bathroom breaks to avoid him from jumping or running. Friday he still was not his self and appetite began to decline. According to discharge paperwork I was to call the clinic if my cash had no appetite for more than 2 days. Saturday morning he began to vomit and his breathing became labored so I rushed him to a local pet ER. He died in my lap on my way to the ER. They refused my dog care over a 33$ for care. I was 33 $ short to pay for an exam for flea care. U shouldn’t need a prescription x for flea treatment. Much less charge 63$ to exam a dog for fleas plus the medication. I’m a poor woman and have relocated. My lancy is suffering from flea. I’ve tried everything over the counter. He saved me from suicide. I owe my life to him. Unseen circumstances required me to move. Lancy has gotten hot spot from chewing at fleas. I suffer from a disability that doesn’t allow me to bath him in the tub. All I did was ask for help. Mobile spca has offered to pay half of the 63$ but greedy inhumane docs will not help. Lik there whole life depended on that 33$. This is inhumane and greed at its best. YALL SUCK

We've been going here 15 years! We love Dr Gordon and we'd love to have Erika and Ashley back! Anna is not an asset to the office! Very rude and doesn't give any sympathy towards to the animals
