I hope I can give them 10 stars, I definitely recommended this place. The staff was really friendly and polite. The owner super lovely lady. I feel the love they put on the job. I went to so many places and I couldn’t find someone to groom my poodle that way I really wanted it, I’m so happy! First time, and definitely going back 🙏

I took my husky Bella and Jackie took phenomenal care of her. I mean Bella was cute but she came out a little bit. Tier after her pampering with Jackie. I highly highly recommend her services

I am VERY pleased with the service, professionalism and care shown to my dogs. I now have 5 little balls of fluff which need to be groomed regularly and I won't even consider going elsewhere. Jackie & Hairo are the best. They know the preferred cuts for each breed BUT will also customize if asked. Couldn't be happier. My dogs are walking advertisements for the Pampered Pooch. I took my golden here for her first trim and she looks (and smells!) amazing! She's perfectly happy and content and looks fabulous. They also trimmed her nails well and made sure the hair around her paws wasn't overgrown. The rates are very reasonable and the people here a lovely! 100% recommend!

We have two shitzus we adore who need regular grooming and over the past four years have tried several groomers in the area (Stamford/Greenwich) but without question, The Pampered Pooch stands above the rest. Their shop is efficiently run by friendly knowledgeable staff who obviously enjoy what they do and do it well. When I dropped off the pups I was exposed to the environment my dogs would be in for the next couple hours and that was very reassuring. I had a brief discussion with Jackie about the dogs before leaving and to my surprize received multiple texts from her as the dogs were being groomed making sure that she and her staff were both addressing my instructions but also making recommendations based on their observations.
