I give this facility a 1000/10. Hands down SAVED my dogs life. The staff was beyond knowledgeable, capable, caring and attentive. Every single doctor involved in my dogs care and every single tech was phenomenal. I can never repay them for SAVING my dogs life, literally. The care they provided was beyond exemplary. The front desk was very polite and understanding especially the night crew. I recommend this vet to anyone in the area who needs care. Saoirse the vet tech came out and explained her discharge instructions so well and went over everything and just went above and beyond in helping me. She answered all my endless questions with positive attitude. I am forever grateful to everyone in this facility. 10000000/10. Thank you all so much, it means everything to me and my sweet pup Athen

I’ve been dealing with the vet a lot recently with my dogs, and last night I had to take my French Bulldog, Baka, to the emergency vet for cluster seizures. The nurse who helped us was Francesca, and she deserves to be recognized. I’m usually very anxious at the vet because, to be honest, it often feels like a numbers game. I don’t always feel heard, and compassion isn’t something you can teach. But when I spoke with Francesca, something about her tone, the way she communicated, and the way she handled Baka brought me so much ease. A lot of people in this profession could learn from her approach. This isn’t me calling anyone else out — this is me saying that, for the first time, I genuinely felt okay leaving my dog with someone else. She made an extremely stressful night feel manageable,

We are so incredibly grateful for the care Lilly received at this hospital. From the moment we arrived and she was in clear pain, the doctors were calm, compassionate, and extremely professional. Especially Dr Tarosky. She took the time to walk us through every step of Amélie’s care, explaining everything in a way that made us feel informed and supported during a very stressful time. The nurses were truly wonderful too — so gentle and caring with Lilly. Every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and made us feel seen. You can tell this team genuinely cares about both their patients and their families. We felt Lilly was in very good hands the entire time. Thank you all for the kindness and dedication you showed us. 🤍

Thank you to the LifeCentre for helping us navigate a scary time with our senior cat, Annie. She had developed a kidney infection and was declining rapidly. The LifeCentre emergency team was able to see her immediately, get her on fluids and meds, and perform the diagnostics needed to feel confident in the diagnosis. Everything was well explained to me and my wife, from diagnosis to discharge instructions. The cost felt high, but haven't used an emergency vet before so not really sure what to expect. If you use the emergency services, prepare for some sticker shock. But having our kitty back to normal has made it worth it!

Yesterday our 12 year old German Shepherd’s time had unfortunately arrived. My family was having an extremely hard time finding an emergency vet to help him pass on, until we found TLC. The staff was extremely understanding and compassionate, worked very quickly, and most important of all so gentle and sweet with our family dog Rocko. I would not have wanted him to go in any other way, they were phenomenal and made such a terrible moment so much easier. The staff was so warm with us and gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye and praise our bestest boy. And when it came time to pay, they generously made the bill so much smaller than it was supposed to be. From now on I will be highly recommending this veterinarian to anyone I meet, and if any staff see this, my family is forever
