I was referred to Darrin at The K9 Shop in Lynbrook by a close friend and went in to learn more about raw food options for my picky dogs. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. Darrin was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different types of raw food he offers. His level of customer service truly exceeded my expectations. He has definitely earned a new loyal customer.

They have an excellent and large variety of dried treats such as beef trachea, duck heads, pig ears, rabbit feet etc. We purchased a variety and they dogs loved them all. The staff are extremely pleasant and knowledgeable, they helped us make good choices for the breeds we have. Will definitely come again, already recommended to many other pet owners.

Our sweet 10 year old dog, Penny, suffered from both leptospirosis and pancreatitis in a two month span of time recently. She was gravely ill. I am certain that the help I received from the employees at the K9 shop was a huge reason why our dog recovered. They were knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful. The store offers a wide variety of excellent foods and we were able to feed her top quality meat and snacks that helped her to heal. She is fully recovered now…thanks, in large part, to The K-9 Shop.

My husband and I have been going here since we first got our girl in February of 2024, they are always super helpful and informative and gave us a hand in choosing the right brand of food for her.
