This was the first and last time I will ever step foot in this grooming salon. I didn't know the price were higher for a very small dog, but price was not the issue—the attitude and lack of care were. When I mentioned that I’d pay whatever I had to for my dog, Natalie responded with an attitude instead of professionalism. I showed pictures and explained exactly how I wanted my dog’s face done, yet his entire face was shaved off, completely ignoring my instructions. When I picked him up, he smelled terrible, like he hadn’t even been bathed. His nails were clearly not properly trimmed and looked like a rushed, half-done job. When I called to ask about it, I was met with defensiveness and told, “We have video,” instead of accountability. Unfortunately, the attitude didn’t stop with the staff—

My tiny terrier “Eli” had a wonderful doggy spa day with Josie and the lovely people who bathed,groomed and spoiled him. He came home all spiffed up with nails trimmed and his fur shiny and brushed.

My 6 month old pup, Sasha, had her first grooming at house of paws. Alex did a wonderful job and handled sasha's first time experience with such great care. Sasha looked terrific. It was also nice to meet the other groomers. The space was clean and very comfortable. Sasha and I, both, had a great experience.

They have always done a good job on my dog but unfortunately my wife and I are first responders and both had emergencies last week when our dog had an appointment. We called a couple of hours before the appointment to cancel because we had to deal with work issues out of our control. We were told because we didn't give 24 hours notice we would have to pay for missed appointment. They called us to get our dog in because they had a cancellation and instead of it being $110 because we missed the appointment it was $220. I have never missed an appointment before in the years we have been going there. I tried explaining the situation to the person at the desk and they seemed as they didn't want to hear it and also forgot to give me the next appointment card. We will need to look for anoth

Our 2 Welsh springer spaniels visit every 2 months for a grooming and always look fantastic. They seem to be well cared for. Our breeder is very particular about how the breed is groomed, and she has commented the "Our groomer is fabulous!"
