I’ve taken several classes with my dogs here and we’ve had amazing experiences each time! There’s plenty of classes to choose from depending on your needs and the price is great for the expertise and guidance Barb offers with each one. My dogs were always excited to go to class and always left tired after working their minds and bodies in a group setting. The small class sizes are perfect to make sure your dog gets practice focusing around other dogs without too many distractions and the positive training techniques used make learning fun for you and the dogs! We love Blue Rock Training! Barb's curriculum guides you perfectly through setting your puppy up for success with the right behaviors. She explains the logic behind everything she teaches, has multiple methods prepared, and is patient with humans and doggies. Plus, her facility is bright and clean and has everything you and your pup need to be comfortable. Definitely recommend!

This is Dougal the bearded collie. He has been taking classes at Blue Rock Dog Training with Barb, starting with puppy and continuing on to advanced courses. Barb is great with dogs and owners both and very responsive to requests to work on particular skills. She is also careful to make sure that dogs are comfortable in the environment and with the other dogs that are in the same class. Highly recommend for folks who want to learn how to help their dogs succeed in life.

Blue Rock taught us …and continues to teach us so much! Wallen loves “school”. He is becoming a well mannered puppy so young and dare I say easily because we consistently use what we learn in class. He has even been teaching his 9 year old sister some tricks at home. We look forward to classes at Blue Rock and can’t wait to see how much Wallen can learn.
