I had a great experience and am grateful to the owner for helping put my mind at ease. My cat has been having some health problems and I've been struggling with the information I'm getting from the vet about the best course of treatment. The owner of this store spent a good deal of time helping me understand my cat's issues and the best nutritional options for her. Thank you so much for this and for the food you recommended. I plan to shop here often!

I have been working with the owner for a few months after my dog was having health issues. He has been extremely helpful, informative, and does not apply any pressure to what to do. He is very passionate about pet nutrition and is driven to educate people and allow them to make an informed decision. I did a sensitivity test that they sell and he spent over an hour with me doing a consultation to make sure we were getting food, treats, and general sensitivity issues addressed. Every one else I have interacted with at the store is very kind and helpful.

Hi my husband and I visited your store on a Saturday afternoon. We purchased the woof treat rubber toy for dental care, it lasted about 2 weeks before our labrador chewed some pieces off. We do appreciate the information you gave us on other varieties of dog food. Maybe woof brand is working on a much tougher treat toy in the v like shape.

LOVE this store. Amazing advice and guidance by the owner. He listened to my concerns and recommended a great meal plan for my boxer! He loves his food, his coat is thicker and shiny and he's getting back in shape. I will always come here for my dog's needs. Really good variety in food and treats! Happy doggie over here!!

This was the first time I use their grooming services. I show Ed up to late and missed the first appt. I offered to pay because it was my fault. Must to my surprise they didn’t accept my offer to pay which was extremely generous of them. On my next appt I still managed to show up 30 minutes late. They took Henry and groomed him. I apologized profusely and gave her a very nice tip when I picked him up. Henry looked amazing!!! Henry is an Airedale Terrier and is NOT a show dog! LOL I’ve never liked the show dog look because he is a family pet. I was so happy with his cut. As fall approaches his fur will grow out curly. Henry will look like a giant stuffed teddy bear! LOL
