The Healthy Hound

I absolutely love this store! The owner is amazing and extremely knowledgeable on nutrition and the products she offers. I exclusively buy my food from her and have seen amazing results in my dogs. Their coats are healthier, their digestive systems are doing amazing, and they are all healthy weights. I was even able to take my cat off of prescription urinary food with the great food she offers and hes even lost some weight(he was extremely obese). Give this place a try i promise you wont find a store owner that genuinely cares about what they sell as much as her.

Great little pet shop. We needed CBD for our dog and couldn't find it ANYWHERE local. Had to rely on our daughter in Bradenton to get it for us. The Healthy Hound has it!! MANY other items for your pets too. Owner is VERY friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Glad we found it and we will be regular customers.

I am so glad I found this place! It's hard to find good healthy options sometimes, they have some really good brands, open farm is our favorite. Their dogs were so beautiful and well mannered! Highly recommend

I was hesitant to take my dog to the vet because I didn’t want to put him on medication and deal with all the crazy side effects. I called on a Saturday—Holly’s day off—and she still took the time to speak with me. She was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and she told me exactly what my dog needed. After our conversation, I went into the store and was warmly greeted by her assistant (I wish I remembered her name—she was lovely!). I ended up spending more than I expected, but everything was natural and high-quality, and honestly, it was worth every penny. Within just a few days, my dog started improving. He had been struggling to walk and couldn’t even go to the bathroom because of the pain. Now, thanks to the products Holly recommended, he's walking again and feeling so much better
