The Happy Beast

After 4 years of home cooking for my Jack Russell Terrier baby, finding this local shop with such high-quality food felt like a dream. Now I can feed my dog the right calories, protein, and truly quality food. Another amazing thing is that they asked all the right questions to make sure the food actually works for your budget and your pet. That level of care really stood out to me. They also offer dog training and even have a cat bar… honestly, can it get any better than this? 💛💛 All my support to these guys!

This is the absolute best pet food shop in East Boulder County. Great selection, high quality food, really great customer service, including better advice on my pet’s health than my vet. And now there’s a cat cafe too with an outdoor patio, soon to be complete with beer & wine. What more could you ask for?

I went to the cat cafe section of The Happy Beast on 08/28/25. It was a nice little spot and I loved the outdoor section. All of the cats seemed super happy to be there and were very friendly. The staff was nice and helpful!

Great mission, so lucky to have this store near me. Feed your cat raw don’t give in to the matrix. Like how do people think it’s okay to feed something they supposedly love a pellet

I love the cat cafe and that they actually carry a variety of raw food options especially the bricks from Smallbatch. Hard to find. But I really love how they don't carry kibble for cats and have a sign on the door to ask why.
