Our Golden Retreiver was showing signs of possible injury or toxin exposure. We have had problems in Yorkborough Park in Thornton with people not cleaning up after their dogs, garbage, and drug paraphernalia. We called ahead and Blue Pearl was ready for us. They were kind and professional and gave Jack the best care possible. They were kind and patient with us. They kept us informed and gave our Golden the best care possible. We were able to have Jack treated and bring him home that night. Having him back in bed with us was a complete relief. He is 90% recovered today and should be100% by tomorrow. We are once again grateful for Blue Pearl Lafayette and the entire staff. If you are anywhere in the 30 minute radius, the should be your first thought in a pet medical emergency.

We are so thankful for Dr Arnold and his team. We took our puppy Katara in after being told she needed to have one of her eyes removed. She wasn’t a straightforward case at all - we drove up from Colorado Springs after stumping quite a few vets here, prepared for her to lose her right eye, but Dr Arnold was so diligent in his exam and took a step by step pragmatic approach which has worked better than we could have hoped. Everyone we have worked with at Blue Pearl has been exceptional. His technicians are gentle in their handling and fantastic communicators. The team up front is welcoming and warm. Wonderful facility! My pup was referred to Ophthalmology by our vet and we were able to be seen within just a few days and a surgery was offered quickly after that. Everyone was extremely professional and my dog received excellent care. I was well informed every step of the way and felt very comfortable with her care. They coordinated records with our Banfield vet which was very convenient and helped us control costs as well. While there a more emergent case arrived and they were quickly triaged and addressed. Everyone was very nice and clearly loves animals. I will not hesitate to take my pet there again and highly recommend Blue Pearl to others.

I brought in my cat, Shasta, after she displayed signs or neurological/psychological distress fearing she may have ingested a medication or toxin. From the moment we arrived, front desk staff, the vet techs, and the veterinarian were incredibly caring and compassionate. They took the situation seriously while also taking time to reassure me, which meant a lot during such a scary moment. Dr. Stuhlmann’s communication was excellent. She clearly explained the suspected diagnosis, walked me through all the treatment options, and was upfront about the costs. Took my senior cat here yesterday for a consult. Since I have an OWC plan for her with Banfield the first consult was free which saved me $255. That was amazing news. When I got to the hospital I noticed there were so many cars in employee parking, something I'd never observed at other places before, and was later told they have a lot of specialists present during the week which was really impressive to hear. The front desk staff were incredibly kind, and made check-in very easy. I met with Dr.Peters for a surgical consult and she exuded confidence in a way that made me feel grounded.
