Great service! I was told there was no wait, but I waited a while before being called back. Dr. Smith and Brooke were awesome and very thorough. Prices are ridiculous. $300+ for a small dog???? I suppose we're paying for the beautiful upgrades. First and last time.

If you're looking for a cheap place to take your pet, just remember that you get what you pay for. I chose The Grove because their customer service is always excellent. My dogs feel safe and cared for when we visit. I get great one on one time in the exam room with the staff. Dr. Thornton and his staff were very attentive. They asked good questions about my dog and they made recommendations based on my needs and budget. The practice is always clean and smelling nice.

Yesterday we had to put down our kitten, “Wicked,” of 17 1/2 years. The Grove’s wonderful folks had been helping her for the past 2 years as she struggled with a thyroid issue, kidney disease, and arthritis. Due to all of their efforts, she was able to survive for at least 6 months longer. However, last week she began to struggle even more, and it became very evident that all the efforts had run their course. My wife and I along with the guidance of the staff at Grove, decided to let her cross over yesterday, in a dignified and loving gesture to ease her pain. The entire staff (from Danielle, Brooke, Tori , Dr Fuentes and others) at Grove have been so gracious, loving, and supportive during her treatment and now during our most difficult time. They got me in with an evening appointment, even though I had never taken Lily there before. What a great staff! Dr. Thornton is awesome about explaining what is going on and the best course of action to take. I felt better knowing how to proceed with next steps. I am now proud to say I have a new vet and couldn’t be happier about my choice. The care and compassion they show Lily and I on every visit is nothing short of outstanding!

We had an amazing experience at The Grove Animal Hospital. The team took excellent care of my dog, Storm, when she developed a hematoma in her ear. They explained everything clearly, performed the surgical removal, and made sure she was comfortable and well cared for throughout the process. The staff was compassionate, attentive, and truly went above and beyond. We are so grateful for their professionalism and kindness, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care.
