Petsense by Tractor Supply

I was followed around the store by the worker and asked in every isle if I needed help finding something. I said no we are just looking every single time he asked. It gets very irritating being constantly stalked. And I might note the store was not busy. There might have been one other person in there so it’s not like he forgot he already asked me. I bought some dog treats only to find out they are hard as a rock and my dog can’t eat them and there are bugs in them! There are better pet stores out there. This one wasn’t special and the selection was very limited.

My experience at PetSense Grooming has been consistently disappointing. I first visited in October 2024 and was very unhappy with the haircut my pet received. I shared my concerns with the groomer, store manager, and even escalated to corporate because of how rudely and dismissively I was treated. Almost a year later, I decided to give it another try, hoping things had improved or that there might be a different groomer at this location. Instead, I was told I’m “banned” from scheduling—without a clear reason aside from my previous complaint. To make matters worse, the groomer casually said, “The skill set hasn’t changed.” That says a lot. Jessica, the groomer refused to groom my dog even though I had an appointment.She said she was not physically able to do the job.But I took a day off of work to bring my hundred and forty pound. very disrespectful, liars and very misleading

I love how it's such a small store packed with everything you need for dogs and cats, along with other stuff for smaller members of the family. They also have a grooming station for your pets here too! Great stuff.
