The Groom Shoppe

They wasn't friendly at all, I took my 4yr old Shtzu for a trim and dipp, she cut her hair so low you can see her skin, she didn't trim her hair around her mouth well at all. I always deal with a man there, But this time it was a lady and 2 kids there. I never want to deal with them again.

PLEASE DON’T BRING YA’LL HERE BABIES HEEE. HE WAS SUPPOSED TO GET A TEDDY BEAR CUT N BT INSTEAD HE A UNEVEN CUT..THEN SHE WENT UP ON THE PRICE N BASICALLY HE GOT A SUMMER CUT..SHE WAS GONE WEN I PICK HIM UP SHE KNOW SHE WAS WRONG FOR THIS STUFF.. SHE SAID ITS WAS 3 DOGS IN FRONT OF HIM BT WAS THE LAST ONE TO GET PICK UP. I DROP HIM OFF AT 8:30 this morning n PICK HIM UP @ 5p.m. NEVA AGAIN!!!!! PAID HER ALL THAT MONEY N STILL DIDNT GET WAT I ASKED FOR

My dog was there for 9 hours before they even started on him. Then 11/2 hours later they tried to finish up with my husband standing there. The lady was yelling at my dog the whole time. I will not go back. Unacceptable behavior and time.

Cheri made me feel so comfortable and she took amazing care of my baby. I can’t say enough about how amazing she is !!

I've taken my dogs here at least 20 years. I've always been happy with the results. If I wasn't completely satisfied, it was rectified right there and then. They're wonderful people, and have always been compassionate when my dogs passed on.
