The Groom Room La Plata

Just moved and needed to find a new groomer for my Standard Poodle. The Groom Room did an amazing job with him! Pricing is also super fair! He will definitely be going back.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I felt like I was leaving my puppy in a safe, warm, and comforting environment. When I picked him up a couple hours later, he was perfectly groomed, calm and happy. Highly recommend.

I brought my 3 yr. old terrier mix here and left so happy! It is the first time that he has been to a groomer and I am extremely happy about the hard work and patience they put into grooming him. I will be only coming here since I see how great they handled my little hard headed dog. He has wire scruffy hair and they were able to make my boy look beautiful! I just want to say thank you to everyone that may have played a part in taking care of him today😄

Carly came to our house with the mobile groom van and did an amazing job with our 14 year old shepherd! She was so patient and loving with our old girl who has high anxiety issues and Carly was very supportive and tentative with her! I highly recommend her !

Update as of 4/22: It is disappointing to be labeled a “scammer” for sharing an honest and transparent review. I did not schedule a second appointment, nor have I had any contact with your staff since our last phone conversation. It’s also concerning that your original response was deleted and replaced with an unfounded accusation, despite the fact that my review clearly states I received a refund—something I had to request after the poor service. I also added that I WAS asked if I wanted the same groomer to return to complete what should have been done properly the first time. I regularly leave positive reviews for businesses that provide quality service. Unfortunately, this was not one of those experiences. Calling a dissatisfied customer a scammer does not change what occurred. I hope
