The Gentle Vet

We love The Gentle Vet! When our cat suddenly started showing signs of pain, we were scrambling to find a place that would see him as an emergency case, and The Gentle Vet offered to see him right away. Dr. Dulude was incredibly kind and compassionate, taking our cat’s symptoms seriously. He remained hospitalized under their care for a blockage in his urethra for several days and ultimately required surgery. Dr. D and Dr. Gwiazdowski kept us well informed throughout his hospitalization, presented us with options, and allowed us to make informed decisions without pushing us in any direction. My dog was quite uncomfortable with an irritated spot on his back that was getting progressively worse. The office fit us in very quickly for an appointment. In trying to keep the cost if the visit down I was given an itemized bill by Erin so that I could choose some tests to omit. The vet and vet tech worked with me and were flexible. My dog was uncomfortable when we arrived and by the time we left, after a thorough exam and with the treatment to already initiated in the office, my dog left feeling so much better.

Dr. Dulude and her incredible team are the best! My pup was well taken care of and they addressed all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. Erin at the front desk was also incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome. Thank you all for being so great!

My review is long overdue as we have been customers here for years. They have been like family to us for our cat and now our new dog. Dr. Delude (the other doctors as well) is by far the best and takes the time for each animal. She will give you all the advice you need. Our cat has a range of health problems and special needs and we have always received the care for her we needed. All of the staff we have dealt with Erin, Rachel, Shannon, and others I'm sure I'm missing, have been so patient and helpful. Their boarding services were excellent. Our dog loved it so much she tries to go in the back now when we go for office visits.

Dr. Dulude is amazing! She is caring, loving and truly loves her furry patients. My little fur baby needs more care than I can give due to my health issues. She offered to help me find a loving new home for her. She knows my baby's likes and dislikes and who better to find the perfect new home. If you ever need the best vet in America, call Dr. Dulude.
