The Gentle Groomer

First time there. No friendly greeting or anything when I entered, though no other customers.. was expecting such a small place to be much friendlier than what I experienced. The nail trim that I went there for, I have no complaint.. good job, actually.. just for the first impression, friendly greetings with a smile that you tend to expect from small Texas businesses.. I did not come across that here. Hopefully everyone else will be greeted appropriately from now on, especially potential new customers.

I called Monday..needing to get my Yorkie, Wylie in for a grooming. Brenda scheduled him for the very next morning! Dropped him off at 9am on my way to work..and I picked him up on my way home- Tracy was waiting..and so very friendly and Wylie looked great! I will definitely be back! Thank you- Brenda & Tracy!

Took my miniature schnauzer puppy Bucky for the first time there & it was really Great. They just really made it so easy for me, when I called & they scheduled him the very next day! Really appreciated that. Very friendly staff & Bucky looked Super Cute! Thanks y’all:)

These ladies do an excellent job on my Shihtzu Bentley. The have alot of patience with him because hes always scared. His cut always looks good.

I sent my baby for a hair cut and she came back fabulous. I will continue using them for my baby girl.
