Out Snowy loves going to The Gaffney groomer. When we first moved here from Colorado we knew no groomers for our little dog we had at the time, Dazy. That's when we met wonderful Jess!!! We have used her for 13 years, now she grooms out Snowy. Jess is absolutely great with her!!! Using The Gaffney Groomer will NEVER be a mistake!
Jess is by far one of the best Groomers around. I asked her for a specific groom and she knocked it out of the park. The full service is superb. Myles loves it!
Not a fan of the owner/groomer of this location and we won't be returning. Leading up to the appointment, communication was very slow. I was not able to get anyone on the phone so finally I text messaged on a Monday for my upcoming appointment on Saturday just asking some general questions about drop off/pick up since we were new and did not get a response and finally on Friday I called and messaged again. Finally got a response later that day and was able to drop them off the next day for their appointment. She gave a general time frame of how long it normally takes to do two shih tzus but didn't mention a particular preferred pick up time or a closing time but when they were done and I didnt see the automated text right away she was pretty rude asking us to come due to needing to leave f
Our Sophia just loves spending her time with her groomer. Her first hair cut at 4months. We are so happy to have our groomer
