Jermaine has been grooming this handsome boy (a Goldendoodle) for years now. He always gives you what you ask for and quick. Always willing to work with you… and great prices!! We love Clip n Tails!!

What a weird experience. I scheduled our very first appointment at 3 pm with Clip and Tails because of their 4.8 Google rating. At 7:50 am the morning of, I received a text asking to move our appointment up 4 hours due to a cancelation. Even though it was an inconvenience, I was going to make it happen. I immediately texted back, then again, and then called....nothing, no response. I called back and finally got an answer. No apologies. I just canceled the appointment altogether. I understand things happen. That is why I was willing to work with them on an earlier appointment. I don't understand the lack of professionalism. I want to thank Jermaine at Clip and Tails grooming in Gaffney Sc. He did a wonderful grooming on our cat Sadie. I am happy that we found the best cat groomer .

We love Jermaine and how he takes care of our girl, Penny. He and his staff are so friendly and warm with the dogs. And Penny always looks and smells wonderful when we pick her up. I highly recommend!

First timers today. The groomer/owner seems really nice and with 6 years previously working in the pet field I have an eye for things. After glancing at the setup and space it seemed like all the pets were well taken care of and I felt good leaving them. I have walked out of some places. He has a calmness and gentleness about him my girl wasn't fighting him as she was on the table as I left. Anyway, the cut was fantastic as well, I think they have adorable styles. They had went far too long without a cut and looked shameful. My little girl likes to swim when we hike so she had mats galore. He was able to save her ears and tail and they don't have any razor burn or irritation despite me asking for a shorter summer cut and short sani area. Even my old man's old bumps didn't get nicked! He
