I’ve always had a great experience at this veterinary clinic. The staff truly care about our animals and treat them with kindness and patience. They take the time to explain everything clearly, and we’ve always felt supported in making decisions. Their pricing is also very reasonable, which we really appreciate. Highly recommend!

I have had all 4 of my pets fixed here. They provide great care. I have a hard time trusting people with my animals due to not knowing how they will be treated when out of my care. But each time my babies come back and I know that the staff took excellent care of them. Thank you all so much for caring for my animals the way I would.

I love The Fix Machine! The whole entire staff from the vets themselves, the vet techs and even the receptionists have all been great! We have been bringing all of our pets here for a couple of years now and have had zero complaints or concerns with the quality of care. The vets have all been fairly young, greatly educated, and treat my pets very well. We never feel rushed here and we appreciate that the staff never hesitate to answer questions or explain things multiple times when a lot of information is being thrown at us. When comparing this place to VCA, it's just night and day. The wait times are a little longer however the price difference and quality of service are incredibly better. Great prices.. but when things go wrong. I couldn't get any help. My dog was spayed and had allergic reaction. All the money I was hoping save, gone! We rescued a litter of puppies and I was trying to save a bit in long run. Sometimes that extra $50-$60, may be worth it for your pet. Had a neutered too and everything went well. It's a roll of dice. What upset me is they wanted $104.00 just to do a drop off, not even the medication. I couldn't do drop off and add to the trauma. The place is packed and your pet does not matter. They just push them threw..

The staff is fantastic! From the front desk to the technicians and veterinarians, they are incredibly welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. They use both an app and texting, making everything from refills to reminders and quick questions incredibly easy. My Bully is quite anxious and not very animal-friendly outside of our pets at home. She becomes very vocal as soon as we park the car. Once we enter and she sees another dog or cat, it’s challenging to calm her down. The front desk staff usually get her weighed and into a room quickly. In a room, it’s much easier to keep her focused and help her settle. The only downside is that the rooms are glass-enclosed, so I have to work on keeping her attention almost the entire time. They are clear about procedures and care plans, including estima
