BnB Pet Retreat

Our quality of life will be very different if we didn’t have B&B Pet Retreat. We have a sweet but often reactive dog who we cannot trust with other sitters/boarding. Other boardings either mix dogs or keep them separated without access play. But their policy of letting dogs play across the fence is the best even when separated. They mention in their website that they are open to boarding dogs with all temperaments and that’s so special. Now another fiesty pup has joined our pack and they love going to this facility. I don’t have any alternative to this facility in town for us so their service means everything! Thanks for trusting and loving our pups. Oh the owner is the kindest and so are other employees! Kind and competent.

What a great experience for my dog! She didn't do well with her first experience at a different kennel. She howled every day 🥺 The staff here were so kind and friendly. I love that she could go out in a large pen and be nose to nose with other dogs each day. I think that is what helped her experience. The facility is clean and well maintained and the pricing is in line with other boarding facilities. I will definitely use their service again.

Great experience! We had a wonderful initial boarding experience with our Lab mix for 2 days! Through onboarding and technology used for creating a account. Nice, clean and well maintained facility. Tanner is a pro! Great one on one with all of my questions answered.

I have no words for how amazing this place is and the staff working here. Spice lovesss camp!!! Every time I took him here, I felt comfortable leaving him which every pet parent knows how difficult it is leaving them with strangers. But from the first time dropping him, the girls made me feel like he would be safe and well taken care of. They even told me they would let him wander around with them while they worked, and based off of his energy and eagerness to run the building when I got there, I knew it was a happy place for him. He loved the girls, and they told me Tanner was his favorite haha! It’s also the cutest place, with a pond and strung lights, and big outdoor areas for them to run and play. We have been using BnB Pet Retreat for five years for both our dogs and they have very little stress about going. They are familiar with the staff and the owner is top notch with communication and understanding. They take the time to know what your animal’s needs are, and offer grooming services so we have clean pups upon pickup. I highly recommend letting them know if you cannot make your pickup window if you have reactive, high energy dogs like we do to prevent disruption and multiple animals in the pickup-drop off area.
