The Family Puppy of Fountain Walk

Cute puppies for the most part well taken care of, puppies are puppies so they do poop at any given time but the last time I was in there it smelled awful, it normally doesn't smell that bad. There was a girl with shorter hair going around checking on everyone she was great the other girls just kind of kept to themselves or stood around watching everyone looking into the glass. Some puppies you could tell needed to get out of the cage for some play time. We tried to play with those ones a little longer. The girl doing her job and checking in on everyone was good she deserves a promotion and a raise, as she put forth effort in her job rather than just standing around waiting for customers to approach her.

What a wonderful experience. It was becoming frustrating searching for a new dog online, so we decided to visit a brick and mortar shop. Found the perfect dog for us and the staff was so conscientious and kind during the buying process. On cloud 9 having our new best friend. We looked for about a month at different pet shops for a papillon. We finally found two at different places. One the price was so high it wasn't a option. We found the Family puppy and bingo purchased our new puppy that same day. The staff was very helpful let us have as much time to find out if she was a good fit. The process was very easy and they had answers to any questions we had. We love her to death. We had her vet appointment she did have a parasite infection but total normal for so many dogs living together. She got a clean bill of health and she is now a part of our family. I would highly recommend this place.

This store is a puppy mill and I am horrified at what I saw and experienced here. The conditions for these puppies are atrocious, so I can only imagine what these puppies come from. The small cages with multiple dogs is a travesty. These poor dogs are kept in these cages and fed together. The puppies are clearly neglected and I'm positive there are multiple issues with them following regulatory issues, neglect, or other issues that animal control will investigate. For our storey, My wife found a puppy she loved and when we arrived the puppy was clearly misidentified and was not the breed it was advertised as. The puppy was only 14 pounds and scored a 2/9 from my vet on the bern scale, she was severely underweight due to being fed in a group, without being watched, and other dogs stealing

Have gone here a few times and staff was super nice and place seemed clean. Went here today the smell of the place was horrible smelt like straight up poop. There were 4 cages with dog poop just sitting in there with the puppies walking and smearing the poop all over. I had mentioned the smell and the dog poop in the cages and the three workers there didn’t seem to care and did not do anything about the poop in the cages. The one lady just started spraying febreeze which I don’t think was very professional either. Those poor puppies don’t deserve to be rolling and walking around in their own poop. Not to mention upon entry workers aren’t friendly no one said hi or asked us if we needed assistance. Sad to see a place full of super cute puppies in such bad cleanliness shape. I normally enjo
