Pet Supplies Plus Novi

This pet store is always very clean and employees are very nice. Prices for our dog food are the same as Amazon and Menards but often on sale and I earn points here so I often have $5-10 off. I'd much rather buy from here then the big box and only stores. Plus my daughter always wants to come with me to look at the reptiles, fish and hamsters etc. Definitely recommend.

I love this store! They are friendly, helpful, and really go the extra mile to not just earn, but also keep your business. They value your patronage and it shows in the details like hand written notes and drawings on paper for online pickups, and warm staff that greet you and ask if you need help while you shop. The variety of goods offered is comprehensive and prices are affordable. I like the text coupons and get especially great deals when they’re offered too. I recently moved and this became the closest location for me. They are always so friendly and helpful! I have 2 elderly, sassy and needy pets and one requires grooming. They understand his needs and are always so sweet! A big shout out to Corrine for the grooming. Other competitors won't groom my dog but PSP of Novi never expressed ANY issues with him. It is a peace of mind to have my fur baby be taken care of without being treated like a inconvenience or a bother. The only thing that I think would be helpful is that if ALL the clearance and marked down goods were in the same area so I don't have to go down every aisle. My elderly dog doesn't like the same foods more than a few weeks so I have to rotate and it's good to get the food on markdown instead of full price if the off chance he do

Corrine was so kind and gentle with my corgi while grooming her. She did a fantastic job and we will certainly be going back! ✨

All the staff is very helpful and friendly, specially the the groomers are really nice and patient. Nice selection of products and good prices.
