We love our new vet. The staff is extremely kind and friendly. The vets are very thorough and explain things clearly. They truly care about animals! Not the cheapest place, probably, but sometimes you get what you pay for and we are very happy with the care our animals receive here!

I could not imagine my pets going to any other clinic! Dr. Pinkston takes such wonderful care of my 3 cats. The staff are always friendly and helpful (shoutout to Eva who is such a sweet and wonderful receptionist), and I always feel confident in the care my pets receive. I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking for compassionate and reliable care for their furry family members.

My mini golden Corabell was recently treated after a three day bout of nausea with diarrhea. Not pleasant plus very concerning for both of us. Dr Garrity and her staff took the time to really listen to me. After a thorough examination Corabell was treated and sent home. I appreciate the clear instructions. Dr Garrity is knowledgeable and very kind. The office is spotless and the prices were fair. It gives me peace knowing that as problems arise in the future this vet and her staff will be there to help us.

My dogs have been coming here for years and Eva is always so friendly and caring to my babies.

This is my third vet since moving to Louisville. I guess the saying "third time's a charm" is true. Dr. Pinkston and the staff are pleasant and show genuine concern with my senior labradoodle, Nestlé! Pricing is reasonably fair. 😊❤️🐾
