My experience here was fantastic! My dog, who usually hesitates to leave our side, was so happy that she didn’t even want to leave. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive to her, ensuring that I was satisfied with everything before proceeding to the checkout. Pricing is very affordable! They even waited for me because I was stuck in traffic and a bit late picking her up! Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’ll definitely be returning. :)

This is absolutely the best place to bring your pet. They love my mini hellion, I mean Goldendoodle, Ollie, lol and they treat him as if he is their own. He adores attending daycare and playing with the other puppies. They have several specials, including a loyalty card that gets you money off of a grooming! The pricing is affordable, as well. I highly recommend:)

If you asked me yesterday it would have been 5 stars. And there should be a no star option. I've been going to Dog House Pet Salon on Washington for a year or more with no problem. For a routine groom for my 15 year old shih tzu they cut him not once, but TWICE to the point both needed sutures. The vet bill was over $1000 which they covered of course. My poor dog came home with stitches in two areas, an e-collar, drugged from sedation, intubation and only half groomed because they couldn't finish. There's a whole story to this which I'll save you from. Here's the kicker why I WILL NOT return to this location or company. Francy Quevedo, master groomer came out and told me how thin my 15 year old dogs skin is. (Yes, I know) And that it's me that asks for his hair to be cut short. Then she be

We took our sweet, nervous Flash here for the first time today. The Dog House was recommended by a friend. It was his first ever grooming appointment as he’s short haired and we usually have his toenails clipped at the vet. I dropped him off at 8:00 and he was ready by 9:30. His toenails look great and he seemed to be happy, not at all upset by the process. The front desk staff was warm and helpful. It was a great experience!

I have not take my pet to the pet salon, however I was at the McDonalds across the street and saw this employee spraying water on the dogs to keep the dogs in line. I found it kinds of cruel. I don’t think I will be going to this place or recommend anyone to take there pets there either.
