The Dog House Pet Resort

If your dog enjoys kennel cough, this is the place for you! You can't rely on consistency because they constantly get overrun with sickness and have to close for several days at a time. Our dog always came home very grimey and stinky. I'm now sure if they put something on the dogs or what, but there was clearly something extra on the dog's coat each day from this place. Since switching to another local center we now get our dog back clean, healthy, and fresh each day!

We left our dog for 3 days and the attention they gave her and all dogs as well was amazing! They had a very great service for overnight care and grooming for our Yorkie. Definitely recommend for all kinds of dogs!

The staff of The Dog House had taken excellent care of my dogs, from puppy age to my senior dog. We do day care and occasional kenneling for vacations and trips, and the dogs have always been excited to go back! It’s been 3.5 years and we’ve only been happy!

I was very happy with the service/price for my malamute to spend 2 hrs or less there. Getting a bath and and nail trim and also a fur blowout.... leah and I are very happy with the service..

Used to love this place. Ive been taking my dog here for the past year 1/2, 2 years, and they did a great job. The past couple times however, the haircuts were disappointing. First time they cut his whiskers, cut of one of his eyebrows, clearly by mistake since the other one wasn't cut, and left his face very uneven. A couple days days ago I picked him up, and noticed at home the top of his head completely botched! The groomer didn't even have the curtesy to come out and apologize for the mistakes or at least make some sort of excuse for the haircut, which isn't cheap. I used to manage a daycare/grooming/animal hospital in Chicago, so i know the standard these groomers and facilities should have. The lack of professionalism is very disappointing. They never give reminder calls to confirm
