We’ve only been to the Dog House once, but had a great experience! Our Pom-Tzsu is not easy to work with, and they had her done in the exact amount of time that they said they would and it was all a very easy process. I also felt very comfortable leaving her there. And our girl was very happy & beautiful when picking her up.
Will never go back here. The person checking me out was extremely rude. She was saying that I did something to cause her credit card machine to go offline. Then, said there must be something wrong with my credit card. Horrendous attitude, Incredibly pissy attitude. I say I will come back tomorrow and pay cash. She tells me there's an ATM note near by, and I say no, thank you. i get home and see that they have charged my credit card three times foe one little dog bath. She only had my credit card transaction.So it is obvious that after I told her she was rude she decided to inconvenience me and be a thief as well. Shameful
Love this place. They take great care of our dogs and we are always happy! Would definitely recommend
The Dog House did a very GOOD TRIM AND CUT ON COPPER (Australian Shepherd)!! He was a mess and came home very handsome !!! He is very proud of his new trim lol 😆
My Silly Girl loves these guys! She’s an older girl and they handle her so gently! Her groom is always on point and most importantly she is happy there and happy when she comes home!💞 We’ve been using them for almost 2 years and so grateful we found them! Thank you guys
