Pipsqueeks Pets

When pipsqueeks was in its original location it was awesome. Since moving. I went to go visit their new location today. Just to find out they moved YET again with zero mention of this ADDITIONAL move on any social media or google itself. Drove to yet ANOTHER new location in the same day another additional 30 minutes away. Just to find out they didn’t have any of their animals. Crickets. Or feeders at the new location at all. Wasted about 2 hours attempting to goto a pet store I used to love to support a small business. 10/10 will not be attempting to keep up with this place. So sad. Hopefully they update somewhere that they moved AGAIN.

I used to Love this place... Now I see why everything was 50% off considering the dead baby ball python I found in its cage this morning after 2 others that were in the same cage as mine at the pet store died. I had this snake for 2 weeks and it was doing great I already fed it's first meal with me and then a few days ago I notice mites so I looked it up and did everything necessary to get rid of them and I thought I did, the snake was looking better but this morning I found it dead. Place is a joke....

Very informed and kind staff. Between the two of them they’ve got all the information I could ever need. 😃 I’m fairly new at Geckos 🦎 and Bearded Dragons 🐉 and they gave me tons of help and advice.

Always a great selection of fish, reptiles and more! Food, supplies and other items are also convenient to pick up when browsing their store! Thanks for the great service and knowledge about the animals while visiting with the kids last.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this pet store. The moment I walked in, the smell of ammonia from uncleaned urine was overwhelming and honestly concerning. It’s clear the cages and enclosures are not being properly maintained, and those animals are bound to get sick living in those conditions. On top of that, I wasn’t greeted at all. The staff member didn’t make eye contact, seemed uninterested, and offered no help or professionalism throughout my visit. The lack of care for both customers and animals is unacceptable. I highly recommend avoiding this place entirely. If you’re looking for reptiles or proper care, do yourself a favor and take the trip to Titusville and visit Imperial Reptile, their service, care, and knowledge are miles better.
