If I could I pick 0 stars I would. My mother and I brought our Malamute to this grooming shop and they did a horrible job. I have brought her here before and they did a great job but this time is like they just did whatever they wanted on how they wanted to cut my dog's hair. The gentleman at the front desk told us that he recommended a summer cut and that it was going to be a trim. He did not say that they were gonna shave her. Nor did they have any authority to do so. They said they were gonna cut her nails, didn't even do that either. Then my mother called over there and told him that they were wrong for shaving a malamute's coat and he told her that she didn't know what she was talking about. Sure... I have brought my dog here twice and have had a good experience both times. I always ask that my dogs ears are not trimmed and that she is not shaved down (just a trim) and to not give her a teddy bear cut. I think they do a great job each time and she always comes home smelling great and feeling clean. These are before and after pictures of the most recent time I took her. The most recent time I took her, she was in and out in 2 hours even though when I came in there was a long line of other dogs to be groomed as well. I pay less than $40 (not including tip). Will be back!

We've been taking our dog, Ruby, here every few weeks for about a year and we've never had a bad experience. We're charged less than $17 to get her a bath, nails trimmed, and ears cleaned. Ruby is a short hair dog, and they told me that factors into the price which makes sense. They recommend you take your dog in before 11am if you don't want to make an appointment. They're usually finished within a couple hours and they call you when your dog is ready. The staff have always been good with Ruby, which is huge, although admittedly I've never seen how they operate in the back.

I asked for them to shorten her hair down to half an inch because she already has short hair but it’s like an inch-inch and a half long so I asked for them to cut it down to half an inch and they said that they couldn’t because they didn’t have the right size of clippers. Now around her neck, she has splotches. Not only that I also asked them to trim her nails and smooth them out. They trimmed them, but they didn’t smooth them out and my dog does have separation anxiety from after the groomers so yes, she does Jump all over me, but I got such horrible marks because they didn’t do their job properly. They weren’t willing to work with my dog and her anxiety to get her nails down to the level that I wanted. The more I looked the more I realized how bad they did. 10/10 don’t recommend this pla
