Ryan always does a fabulous job with our Charlie! Charlie is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. After getting neutered, his coat turned from silky smooth to super fluffy. Without Ryan, we'd never be able to keep on top of it. He takes great notes on how we like Charlie's coat trimmed & never does anything without permission. The new shop is beautiful & very easy to get to. I never worry about leaving Charlie with him. And it's always so delightful picking him up all fresh & groomed!!

The grooming itself was perfect — clean, fluffy, beautifully styled, and exactly what I asked for. My boys came out smelling amazing and looking adorable. You can really tell they take pride in their work and truly care about the dogs they groom. The shop is clean, professional, and well-organized, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Ryan did such a great job with Bentley! He asked me all the important questions prior to the grooming making me feel very comfortable. Very professional and timely responses. Bentley can be a very nervous boy and he only has one eye, so he is quite sensitive about being groomed. Ryan had him looking extra handsome in his Christmas tie 🎄❤️

Ryan did a great job grooming my Airedale she looks and smells amazing! I loved the one on one approach he takes with his clients can you tell he has your pets best look and comfort level as his priority. The communication during her session was great, that let me know my Queen was at the right place! The salon is beautiful, clean and smells fantastic!

Ryan’s attention to detail and communication skills are top notch. He took time to ask me many questions about our dog’s likes/dislikes. Appointment scheduling was simple, and he provided updates during the grooming. And our dog came out looking gorgeous. Shop was clean and neat. Highly recommend.
