I can't say enough about the staff. All are very kind and go the extra mile. They understand how much pet owners love their babies and are empathetic. I always feel safe and comfortable when I am there knowing they will take good care of my babies. Molly and Milo in the pics below.

The best vet experience I’ve had in a long time. I brought my senior cat in Baby- several months ago. The technicians and the vets were so kind to me and to Baby, she had to stay a few days her kidneys were acting up again. After that few days it was decided she needed a longer stay, I was able to go and visit with Baby and they let me stay with her in a room as long as I needed. I think I was with her an hour or so but bless them they only ever checked to see if I was okay or if Baby wanted another treat. We were all excited when I got to bring Baby home, and I was touched that the main tech Harley came to say to say goodbye. Baby and I got another month together before she crossed the rainbow bridge. Compassionate front staff (“JEREMY”) in the time of an emergency! Port Charlotte is not only an animal hospital that take walk-in’s, but also has after hour emergency services. We were visiting from out of state when our lab ate a broken ceramic butter dish! Jeremey was so kind and calming & Dr Kimbler was caring beyond words in such a scary situation…advising on the plan of care. Finally an animal hospital that treats pet owners personally and not like a number! It was a welcome surprise…i highly recommend them!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just had to put my beloved family pet into a peaceful sleep today. The staff are very caring and understanding of what you are going through. They talked us through everything every step of the way. A big thank you to the entire staff and an even bigger thank you to the nurse and doctor that were with us through this trying and emotional experience. My family appreciates all of you and thank you for putting our sweet boy at peace.

Excellent and so very efficient office all around from the initial phone call talking with front desk Monique, getting on the wait list, taking a look to gauge the degree of emergency to the techs & the Vet. Thank you Dr Sweet for the wonderful care you gave Hailey we greatly appreciate it. A really wonderful experience.
