I have been taking my fur babies to the Dog and Cat Doctor for 8 yrs now never disappointed always show compassion from the staff and the doctors Dr Engel & Dr Galina always explain in detail test results what’s going on what I need to do to make sure my babies stay in good health & happiness

This was the most pleasant vet experience my family and I, have ever had. My family breeds chihuahuas, and we go above and beyond for our fur babies, and Dr. Engel also goes above and beyond as well! Dr. Engel was so pleasant and kind (funny as well!). He was extremely informative and helpful,, providing us with all the information and knowledge we needed—the front desk staff are all friendly and pleasant—and they also went above and beyond, even running out the office to give me a complimentary pen along with our puppies’ health certificate. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Engel’s Veterinary practice to anyone and everyone, looking for a vet that actually “cares!” Thank you so much to everyone at The Dog & Cat Doctor team!

I started bringing my dog to the Dog & Cat Doctor because it’s the vet my parents have trusted with all our pets for probably more than 20 years. Dr. Engel clearly has your pet’s best interests in mind while still keeping in mind your wallet. Everyone in his office is so friendly and knows exactly who I am any time I call. They follow up on my dog’s issues and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pet’s health.

Dr Engle and his staff took care of my 2 cats for 16 years and gave them the best care I could ever ask for . I had to put them both down last week 2 days apart I'm in Florida now but the Dr and his staff were so kind as to send me cards of sympathy to witch I will be ever great full. If I was still in ny I wouldn't go anywhere else for my animals care. DONNA and John Keffas

Absolutely devastating service. Lost my cat baby here. Had an appointment and came in 30 minutes extra because my cats heart was giving out unexpectedly he was 1 yrs old. We lost him. Pretty classless. They said they would take care of him. But even when invited into the room they didn’t even take the time to make him look peaceful. I’m traumatized from seeing my baby literally with a pained expression tongue sticking out and petrified on the table. No paw prints no whiskers no keep sake. But “we’ll be sure to take care of him” you mean run up the bill and throw him in a bag? Poor callous service. I’m so heartbroken that this is how it ended for him and I will not have closure.
