Great store - clean and well stocked. The fish and birds are in fabulous condition. The staff are very attentive. Cesar made my checkout a seamless process and didn’t rush me, and he made sure I didn’t have to pick up anything heavy by coming over to my side of the counter and scanning my larger items. Shai was super helpful in helping me find treats for my dog in my price range as well as dog enrichment toys like the lickipad. Clearly two staff members who genuinely care about customers and were abundantly helpful. Give these guys a raise, they deserve it!

When I walked in the door they informed me that some system was down and they could only take cash payment. I bought the pictured cat liter, which has been good, and a few other supplies and left.

I usually have a good experience at Petco, but my recent visit was extremely upsetting. The employee who helped me at the register was rude and unhelpful from the start. What made it worse was that her attitude noticeably changed after seeing my skin color — something I’ve never experienced before at any store. I left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. I’m not even sure if the name on the receipt is her real name, but it’s listed there. I’ve never felt the need to write a review before, but this experience was unacceptable and needs to be addressed. I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper training to ensure no other customer has to go through something like this again.

The young enthusiastic staff here is excellent across the board — always helpful and professional. I want to call out Ethan in particular for great customer service. I’m always impressed and leave in a good mood when I come here.

Lots of bettafish kept in dirty tupperware style discs, sold to anyone regardless of if the customer has a tank that will actually keep them alive for longer than a year at best. Learn about fish keeping online before going to a place like this.
