“Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with this grooming place. My mom took her Yorkie in for a trim, but instead, they shaved off all her hair , they only live hair on her ears , her face is a complete mess and left her that you can even think she is a Yorkie . Not only did they cut off way too much, but the cut itself was patchy and uneven, a complete mess. To make it worse, when we complained, the manager didn’t seem to care at all. We expected quality and care, but got neither. We won’t be coming back, and we definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone who values proper grooming for their pets.”
