I don’t leave bad reviews unless I feel it’s warranted. I came to this grooming salon for Megan who was going to be my dogs regular groomer, she has since left. Since Megan left I have never felt welcome nor given the same warm feeling coming here. I kept coming because I did appreciate that they took care of my dogs. The grooming was good even when Megan left, the issues I have was attitude of the other employees and their gaslighting of time being told to me on the phone. They said I was an hour and a half late to an appointment I had. I remember with Megan there was a drop off time of 7:30am, but was told I can come in anytime before the appointment if I came at 7:30 they would sit in the kennel. Now why would I come earlier if I was told that. They said I was late. How…What’s great is

I've, just picked my Chinese Crested up from having his hair cut. Everything about his experience was more than excellent. The staff were great, Archie was as happy as he was when I left him. This is definitely where Archie will be having his hair done forever. Here are his photos before his cut and after.

Absolutely amazing!! I have an Australian Shepard with high anxiety and they were amazing with her. The last groomer I took her to said that we needed to sedate her so I was very nervous going into it but they made her very comfortable and worked on her time. She has never looked and smelled so good! We will be going back and refer everyone there!

They did so amazing! I am so impressed with the job they did. I have been taking my little dog to them for months now and they have always done good. I just recently brought in my new puppy and he was quite rambunctious but they did an amazing job. They did exactly what I wanted. The staff is always so kind!

Have been taking my dog here for years…. Never any trouble. Well he has been dragging his butt across the ground. Well I googled it and he anal gland needed expressed. So I did that and OMG sooooo much came out. Shot across my bathroom TWICE. He was groomed last week. NOT HAPPY. Poor dog
