I've had issues in the past with dog groomers just shaving dogs down, but dapper dog listening and handled my dog so well! She was done quickly and got the trim I asked for definitely recommended!

I really wanted to like this grooming facility. When I came in I was quoted 100.00 for a shave down and bath for my dog, which is a fair price for an extra large breed dog. When I picked up, it was 60% more ($160) due to dematting. Normally that is not something that has to be done if you are shaving the whole dog short, but perhaps there was some brushing that still needed to be done after the shaving? Im not sure. I don’t mind if they need to charge extra for a more extensive groom, that’s fair, but please make this known during the consultation. I pointed out where he was matted, and asked the groomer to feel them so she could properly assess the price, and I was still charged almost twice the quoted price.
