The Cut Above

It was my puppy's first time getting groomed, and we were happy with the results. The owner, Amy, was very professional and caring.

They had way too many dogs in cages all day when I had my dog there last week. Some seemed aggressive (barking and snarling) the couple times I came to check if my dog was ready. My dog had been there from 9am and she wasn’t even done at 5pm so she was stuck in a cage all day. I had to come back to get her later. When I got her she kept turning around suddenly to tend to her back leg. Like it was uncomfortable. I looked at it and it does look at little sore. Since then (a week ago) she’s refused to walk. I have to pick her up to carry her (which I’m not supposed to due to recent abdominal surgery) to go out. I called the vet and they suggested maybe an x ray but at a huge cost. I see she is able to walk around the house ok so I think some of this is emotional / anxiety from her experience

To start off I was able to drop off my Toy Yorkie Lucky 5 minutes before 9 which was a huge help. I was greeted by a Professional, friendly staff. Lucky was there all day, they called when he was ready to be picked up. When I arrived lucky was calm and he looked so handsome, we will definitely be returning I made my next appointment on the spot. My wife and Daughter were so pleased with his haircut. Wonderfully warm, friendly and caring people. The place is spotlessly clean and Amy, the owner, really pays attention to detail. Excellent service!
