The Creature Room

We had went to an exotic pet shop in Augusta yesterday and were super disappointed so we made the hour drive to Columbia to check out The Creature Room and hopefully get the answers we were looking for. The moment we stepped in the store we knew this was exactly what we were looking for. Everyone was super friendly and everything was clean and well organized. We had a million questions about the ball python we had rescued from its previous owners and every single question was answered. Even though lunch was waiting for him, he did not rush us at all and put us at ease and pointed out what we needed. He didn’t try to upsell us on items - explaining that many of the things we had were perfectly fine to reuse. I wish this store was closer - but - we will be back often! Thank you again

Awesome place. They have a great variety of reptiles and other critters also supplies for them. I purchased a Red Tegu for a great price and he's amazing! Everyone was super helpful and answered all my questions! Would definitely recommend

These people really do care about animals! Even though I didn't get my tortoise from them nor able to buy anything today because I live far away. They were still very eager to help me understand what I needed to be able to take good care of my little buddy! The lady was extremely informative and kind! I really do appreciate you take the time to talk to me ma'am! Y'all are so sweet! Here's a picture of my little guy!

Great store. I always enjoy chatting with the staff and they’re super friendly and helpful. I was thoroughly enthralled chatting with Big Cameron and Cameron the Young about wildlife and learned a lot in the process. I’ve learned tons about reptiles from them and they always have a wealth of knowledge and solutions at their disposal. Creature Room is the GOAT. Or shall I say the H.E.R.P.?! (Happy, exciting, reptile, people)

Great store, helpful, knowledgeable staff, variety of merchandise, decor, lighting, reptile food. Highly recommend
